Acadia National Park and the Maine Island Trail

Relive Your Summer Camp Days with a 5-Day Maine Adventure!

Remember those long, carefree summers where adventure was around every corner? Well, we’ve designed a trip just for you—the parents and adults who look at our teen programs and secretly (or not-so-secretly!) wish you could join in. Now, here’s your chance! Escape the daily grind, learn new skills, and soak up the thrill of an idyllic 5- day Maine getaway.

Day 1: Arrive in Bangor and kick things off with a hike in stunning Acadia National Park. We'll camp under the stars at Seawall Campground, just like those unforgettable nights of summer camp—but with all the gear and support you need for comfort.

Day 2: It’s time to hit the iconic carriage roads of Acadia on a bike. Cruise past lush forests and breathtaking views before enjoying a relaxing lunch at the historic Jordan Pond House. End the day back at Seawall Campground, swapping stories and toasting marshmallows.

Day 3: Get ready to paddle! We’ll kayak along the Maine Island Trail, navigating serene waters and hidden coves. After an exhilarating day, we'll set up camp on one of Maine’s picturesque islands, the ocean as your lullaby.

Day 4: Our sea kayaking journey continues until we hit dry land for some well-deserved shopping and dinner in Bar Harbor. You’ll spend your final night in a cozy hotel, resting up after your wilderness adventure.

Day 5: It's time to head back to Bangor, recharged and ready to take on life’s next adventure.
