There’s just nothing like Maine in the summer. From the granite cliffs on the rocky shorelines of Acadia, to the carriage roads and Maine Island Trail, summer in Maine must be experienced to be believed.
Day 1
Your trip begins in Portland, where we’ll pick you up at the airport. Then it’s off to Acadia National Park, with a quick stop in Bar Harbor.
Days 2-3
We will climb the cliffs along the seashore, in what has to be one of the most beautiful climbing scenes on earth. Then we’ll head to the carriage roads for a classic Acadia bike ride. Oh, and lobster. There will be lobster…
Days 4-7
Ever dreamed of having your own private island? We’ll take sea kayaks off the coast, where each night we’ll camp in the solitude of our very own island!
Day 8
The trip comes to an end with our return to Portland. Don’t be sad, though. There’s always next year!
